The farm Ronsol is situated on the edge of the Alpe di Siusi, but not directly on the road. It is set back in a sunny position, away from the hustle and bustle, and is easily accessible by car all year round. The peace at our farm is here for you to enjoy and so is the impressive panoramic view. The Alpe di Siusi, Siusi allo Sciliar and Castelrotto are only five kilometers away. Your accommodation is very close to the home of the Kastelruther Spatzen, a popular local folk music band. At the farm, we have the perfect accommodation for you. Comfortable holiday apartments, all with a large balcony and unforgettable views of the Dolomites. Well furnished, with good kitchens and modern bathrooms, there is nothing to get in the way of a great holiday in South Tyrol. The peaceful atmosphere of our farm gives you time and space to switch off from your hectic daily life.

The mountain farm Ronsol is situated 1280 meters above sea level facing southwards. It takes only 5 minutes by car to get to the South Tyrolean villages Siusi allo Sciliar and Castelrotto. The Alpe di Siusi is about ten minutes away. In winter, you can board the ski bus right in front of our farm Ronsol. The bus takes you to the Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway. From there, you can travel further by bus to Val Gardena, Castelrotto, Fiè allo Siciliar, Bressanone, Bolzano, Tires and up to San Cipriano. In summer, the bus stops every 30 minutes, a 10 minutes’ walk from our house. Bus timetables are available at www.seiseralm.it/en/info/mobilita.html. In Castelrotto and Siusi you will find various shopping opportunities from 7:30 to 19:00. One shop in Castelrotto is also open on Sundays.

Barrel sauna on the farm…
Our barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove is not only sustainable, but also a cosy oasis of well-being. After a cold winter’s day or a strenuous hike, enjoy the cosy warmth and relaxing atmosphere in our small but exquisite barrel sauna. The sauna is lit with wood from the farm one hour before your visit. Bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels are available for a small fee.

Our common room

If you are travelling as a group or with friends, our common room is available for socializing. Paneled with Swiss pine, it is rustic yet bright, and radiates pure Tyrolean coziness. There is also a playroom next door for our younger guests.
Farmhouse breakfast…
In the common room, we prepare a hearty breakfast using products from the farm between 07:00 and no later than 09:00 am.
We serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh cow or goat milk, fresh bread, butter, honey, cereals, different types of cheese and sausage, bacon as well as seasonal fruits. Homemade jam, natural yoghurt and cheese made with the milk of our goats and cows and fresh eggs from our hens along with apple or other natural fruit juices, our nuts and cake are also available.
Breakfast basket…
If you prefer to have breakfast in your apartment, in the morning, we will deliver your personal breakfast basket to the shelf in front of your apartment door. You can conveniently select the contents using the order list. These include fruit spreads made from plums, apricots or currants, lemon balm or elderflower syrup, milk, natural yoghurt, fresh eggs, goat cream cheese, butter and fresh bread from the bakery.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay ( 2024: € 2.50 per day and person above 14 years of age).
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night.

For your four-legged family members we charge 15,00 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of consideration for our guests, pets are allowed only after arrangement!
Arrival and departuren
On arrival day the apartment is at your disposal at 2.30 p.m. We ask you to understand that on sundays arrival is possible only after the 5.30 p.m. Please tell us a few days before your approximate arrival time. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day we ask you to leave the apartment until 9.00 a.m.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the guest has to pay the 100% of the amount of the booking anyway.
Shuttle service: If you are traveling by plane, bus or train, we will organize a taxi service for you or, if possible, we will come and pick you up personally in Siusi, Castelrotto, Ponte Gardena or Bressanone at an appropriate price!
Booking and payment
The reservation becomes binding at the payment of a deposit (reservation guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed. The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer or in cash in place directly on the day of arrival.
Cancellation
The reservation becomes binding at the payment of a deposit (reservation guarantee). If something should get in the way of your holiday plans, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations are unpleasant – both for you, and for us. It is a shame when our holiday apartment stays empty when others would have enjoyed coming.
Cancellation conditions article 1382 (Civil Code).
You may cancel your reservation until 60 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit as charge.
- For cancellations between 60 days and 30 days before the agreed day of arrival we calculate 50% from the total price.
- For cancellations within the last 30 days before the agreed day of arrival we calculate 100% of the total price.
- Without cancellation the guest must be pay 100% of the total price.
Cancellation cover

Mobilcard (free of charge for our guests)…
We offer our guests the Alpe di Siusi Holiday Area Live Client Card, free of charge. The Card facilitates holidaymakers’ exploration of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area as well as the wider region of South Tyrol, providing a single-Ticket access to all types of public transport, such as train and bus. The following services are included:
- shuttle bus services of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area (except bus routes 10 and 11)
- regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido
- bus services throughout the province (town, suburban and city buses)
- the Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano cable cars
- the narrow track Renon railway and the Mendola cable railway
- a return trip between Malles and Zernez on a Swiss Postbus service
Discount on Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Seiser Alm Card. The Card is valid for 7 days. Guests who have booked a longer stay, receive a second card after 7 days. The tickets are personal and non-trasferable and need to be voided each time you travel.
